My inspiration in photography has always come from the natural environment. I spent my youth with surfer mates and a camera, documenting our journey, the ocean and the landscape. The first job I landed in photography was as an assistant in a busy Auckland studio before working with a number of New Zealand photographers and organisations in free-lancing and assistant photography. I have won a number of awards in commercial, travel and landscape photography.

In 2012, I foundered Fatboy Photography. Previous clients include The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming, Torpedeo 7, The Diamond Shop, Peter Yealands Group.
